Quite a daunting task, I'm going to try and divide it down into sub sections and put a plan in motion for each.

First is fitness,

My commitment is going to be hitting the Gym 3 times a week and watching what i eat. I signed up for my fitness pal (http://www.myfitnesspal.com/2012Adam) so i can track my eating habits and Jefit (http://www.jefit.com/) to track my workout progress.

The only way this will work if i set up a schedule for myself and commit to my plan. I'm going to utilize Google calender to ensure I'm committed to making 2012 my year.

I'm going to take 20 min every Thursday to update this blog and ensure that i'm on track.
